Machining

Our technology: 5 axis high speed precision machining. We can machine light alloys but also titanium and hard alloys, including inox and PH steels. We use top notch machines, all with similar architecture, in a 1000 SQM plant. We can machine parts up to 2,2 meters long.

Inspection

Dimensional and geometrical control with CMM and PCDMIS. Parts up to 2,5 metres. 100% of first manufacturing parts pass through here and the first article inspection process. Reports according to requirements are produced during this process.

Inspection

Dye penetrant non destructive inspection. This is an approved NADCAP process. 100% of all machined parts are inspected against cracks if required or as-designed. All our inspectors are qualified and convenientely trained. This process also holds the necessary customer approvals.

Inspection

At the end of the process we do a final verification and inspection. We guarantee the part and certify the compliance with all customer requirements. We also mark all parts according to drawing and using the required standard.

Assembly

We can do small assemblies, which include mechanical press fit of bushings, installation of bushings with liquid nitrogen; bearing staking, crimping and installation by different ways; fastening by riveting, bolts and other joining techniques; sealant application.

All our technicians are properly qualified and trained.

We have put in place a KANBAN management system for all hardware.

Surface Treatments

We do TSA, Chemical Conversion Coatings. Cleaning, degreasing, etching, etc.

Our in-house production line can process parts up to 1.5 meters long. We hold all necessary customer and NADCAP approvals.

We also do masking and local protections for tight tolerance features.

Concerned by the protection of the environment, we adequately treat all chemical residues. We are also aware of European REACH directives in the use and disposal of all the chemicals and materials needed for our processes.

Surface Treatments

We can do TSA, primer, top coat and varnishes application, water or solvent based.

All our processes are customer and NADCAP approved.

Logistics

Entry and internal logistics. Automatic warehouse for raw material and tooling. Delivery and reception of goods and WIP from subcontractors and other suppliers.

Exit logistics. Packaging and transport management for export. Automatic warehouse for safety stock of end items. Vendor management when required.

IT Systems

We make use of a powerful management system based in 3 fundamental pillars.

  •  ERP: MS Dynamics NAV for all our tangible assest management, including stocks, MRP tools for materials planning, and MRP-II tools for finite capacity scheduling.
  • PLM: Dassault’s SmarTeam for all product and process documentation management and security. Knowledge Management.
  • MES: OLANET. This is a complete system for data capturing on the shop floor, for time management.

All these software, along with the ones used for CRM, SRM, quality management and warehouse management, constitute the infrastructure in which our integrated IT system is based.
