General Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Introduction

Present general conditions apply to the web portal www.mpbaerospace.com and regulate the conditions to its access and use. The portal is property of “Mecánicas de Precisión de Boecillo Aerospace S.L. The user must read and accept the terms in order to use all the services and information provided by the portal. These terms and conditions are deemed to be completely accepted once the portal has been accessed in all or part of its contents by the user.

MPB shall not be held liable and shall not be claimed for any issue derived from the use of the information, data and services contained in this web portal, unless required by the Law, and to the exact extent of the Law. In any case, MPB shall not be held liable for all claims related to information provided by third parties.

User cannot obtain any license or authorization to use the contents, data, information or services, different from these general terms and conditions.

7. Applicable Law.

These conditions are ruled under the jurisdiction of the Spanish Laws. Any claim shall be presented at the Courts of Valladolid. All notifications, requests and any other communication in relation to this online portal shall be addressed by written form to mpb@mpbaerospace.com with the subject: WEB PORTAL NOTIFICATION.
