Growing and Cutting Edge Sector
The aeronautical sector has been growing in the last several years, and it does not seem to be stopping in the future. Despite a number of world economic downturns, the sector has been able to keep afloat, as well as MPB. This highly globalized sector is not subject to regional nor national economic situation. MPB is widely recognized within its sector as a serious, reliable and resourceful supplier.
Great team and work environment
You can ask the actual employees: working atmosphere is the best. Newcomers are always trained for their job position, and very many co-workers have great expertise and act as enablers.
Opportunities
We use social networks when we are seeking to fulfill a new vacant. LinkedIn is one of our tools, for example. In the website we will never post employment opportunities.
Interns and Co-op
MPB offers internships and co-op opportunities (usually summer break or a semester) for students to gain real work experience and advance in their field of study. MPB is involved with a few universities, colleges and institutions in the region.
