INDUSTRIALIZATION
The core business of MPB is the precision machining of aeronautic parts. The type of work is characterized as high mix/low volume, meaning that we manage a huge amount of different references with low or very low production cadence during serial production. Our industrialization process guarantees that all constraints in time, quality and cost are met throughtout the whole lifecycle of the product.
MPB’s team is highly qualified to perform CNC programming as well as engineering methods and production routes. The whole idea is that of taking the maximum possible benefit from the installed park of machinery, without losing one bit of robustness and reliability.
MPB has great experience in industrialization of great number of references in record time. During the existence of MPB, more than 7.000 different references have been succesfully industrialized.
We also count with other job especialties in our team like project managers, planning and control experts, quality assurance and continuous improvement technicians, logistics and supply chain analysts.
AOG/QTA
AOG (AIRCRAFT on Ground)
QTA (QUICK TURNAROUND)
This is a particular type of manufacturing in which a really quick speed of response is needed, as well as a record time production.
This occurs when a defective part is making the aircraft to be non-operational (AOG), or when a special part is needed at the assembly line due to a manufacturing problem that is stopping the production (QTA).
MPB treats AOG/QTA production in a special and different way to normal production.
Thanks to our expertise in precision machining, and our internal surface treatments and assembly workshop, as well as a good stock management system, we can get new parts produced in very short time. Quality is always guaranteed.

SURFACE PROTECTION
We offer external services for surface protection according to our qualifications and customer approvals.
ASSEMBLY
We offer services for small assemblies. We can install bushings and bearings by different processes and with different means. If special tools are needed we can take care of them, or even design and manufacture them. We also do riveting and joining by bolts and screws acording to aerospace standards.
