PURCHASE OF MATERIALS
MPB has all the means, both in terms of staff and financially, to undertake the management and purchase of all necessary raw materials.

TECHNICAL RECEPTION
MPB uses its own Technical Reception protocols according to customer needs and specifications.

PRODUCTION ORDER PROCESSING
MPB has required capacity for generating manufacturing routings and for launching out production or work orders. Capacity resources and material needs are controlled and conveniently planned. Real time data for work in progress is captured at the shop floor by means of specific hardware tools.

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
MPB has the necessary staff and technical capacity for developing and following up on subcontractor’s production activities.

DELIVERY MANAGEMENT
MPB has the necessary IT management and production planning systems for fulfilling all agreed dates and conditions of delivery.
