According to specifications using state-of-the-art CNC machining centres

FINISHING PROCESSES
Including manual or automatic edge finishing and de-burring.

QUALITY CONTROL
Dimensional and geometric analysis.

INSPECTION OF THERMAL TREATMENTS
Conducted on aluminium and its alloys using measurement of conductivity and hardness.

SURFACE ELECTROCHEMICAL TREATMENT
Chromic anodizing of aluminium and its alloys (sealed or unsealed).

NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING USING LIQUID PENETRANTS

FINAL PROTECTION
Primer applications and/or varnishing.

ASSEMBLY
Includes equipment of fittings and other elementary parts using rivets, nuts, bearings, bushings, etc.

IDENTIFICATION AND MARKING OF PARTS
Including final inspection, and according to customer’s specifications.
